On May 11, 2022, the Arizona Department of Real Estate (“Department”) filed Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that Respondent has not filed an Answer to the Department’s First Amended Notice of Hearing and Complaint, and consequently, the Department deemed the allegations admitted, revoked Respondent’s license, and vacated the scheduled hearing in this matter.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
