IT IS ORDERED holding the record open in this matter until a yet to be determined date. The parties will be advised as to the date the record will close once a date has been determined.

Confirming the agreement of the parties as to the submittal of written closing arguments,

Appellants’ closing argument shall be submitted no later than October 21, 2022, and shall not exceed 30 pages in length.

The Arizona State Retirement System and the City of Mesa shall submit their respective closing arguments no later than November 10, 2022, and each shall not exceed 30 pages in length.

Appellants shall submit their rebuttal no later than December 2, 2022, and shall not exceed 17 pages in length.
