On March 11, 2022, the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings a Motion to Vacate Hearing and Dismiss the Case in response to Appellant Sakoson Gas Limited’s March 9, 2022 email that requested that the Office of Administrative Hearings “close the case” due to Sakoson Gas Limited “decided to decline participation in the claim taking place between Sakoson Gas Limited represented by Qais Sako on one hand and Arizona Department of Environmental Quality . . .”

Based upon the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to ADEQ for any further action.
