On April 7, 2022, the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners in Medicine and Surgery (“Board”) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing and Remand to Agency with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that Respondent has failed to timely file an Answer to the Board’s Complaint and Notice of Hearing, notwithstanding proper notice. The Board requested that the hearing in this matter be vacated, and that the case be remanded back to the Board for further action in accordance with A.R.S. § 32-1855(G).

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
