On April 8, 2022, the Arizona Medical Board (Board) filed a Notice of Settlement with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the parties had settled this case by way of the Board’s agreement to rescind the Order for Continuing Medical Education, the action giving rise to the hearing in this matter. As a result, the matter is moot and the hearing currently scheduled to convene on May 9, 2022, is not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
