On December 6, 2023, the Arizona State Board of Nursing (Board) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing Without Prejudice with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the Respondent had failed to file an written response to the Complaint and Notice of Hearing as required by statute and that the Board had filed a Motion to Deem Allegations Admitted with the Board. As the Motion to Deem Allegations Admitted must be considered by the Board, the hearing currently scheduled for December 13, 2023, is not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
