On February 22, 2022, the Arizona State Board of Accountancy (“Board”) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that because Respondent’s certificate has expired, the Board no longer has jurisdiction to proceed with the Complaint, and requested that the pending hearing be vacated.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
