On August 9, 2021, the Arizona State Board of Accountancy (“Board”) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board requested that the hearing currently set for September 8, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., be vacated due to Respondent having “provided new material information that must be evaluated by the Board prior to any determination of a hearing upon the merits.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
