The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on January 19, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Assistant Attorney General Sunita Krishna represented the Arizona State Board of Nursing (“Board”). Brent Sutter appeared as a witness for the Board. Respondent Jan Marie Vinson appeared on her own behalf. Court Reporter Robin Jasper was present.

The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. As a result of that discussion, the parties entered into a settlement agreement and requested that the hearing be vacated.

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
