This matter was noticed for administrative hearing to convene on October 5, 2021 with regard to the August 17, 2021 Complaint and Notice of Hearing (“Complaint”) issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing (“Board”).

On September 27, 2021, the Board filed its request to vacate the hearing due to the failure of Respondent to timely file an Answer to the Complaint, which Answer is required by law. Based on the foregoing,

IT IS ORDERED vacating the administrative hearing and remanding the matter to the Board for any further action.
