ORDER DENYING RESPONDENT’S MOTIONS

On May 28, 2026 and June 2, 2026, the Tribunal received multiple Motions from Respondent Deborah A. Cooney (Benton), pro se, which included up to the following: Motion to Compel Discover and Continue Hearing, Motion to Disqualify the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and for Appointment of Independent Prosecutor, Motion to Disqualify Exhibits, Motion to Vacate Order of Refuse to Renew and for Opportunity to be Heard, Motion to Dismiss all Complaints as Fruit of the Poisonous Tree, and a Motion in Limine to Exclude Expert Report of Dr. Stephen Borowsky and All Evidence Derived Therefrom.

On June 19, 2026, this Tribunal granted former attorneys Thomas A. Zimmerman, Jr and Matthew C. De Re to withdraw as counsel for Respondent.

As such, Respondent is representing herself and no other attorney has filed a Notice of Appearance.

After consideration and review of the motions,

IT IS ORDERED Denying all of Respondent’s motions.
