On July 6, 2022, the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control (Department) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that Respondent had voluntarily surrendered the spirituous liquor license at issue in this matter, and therefore the hearing currently scheduled for July 13, 2022, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
