ORDER CONCLUDING MATTER EFFECTIVE ON DECEMBER 13, 2021

At Petitioner’s request the Department of Real Estate scheduled this matter for a rehearing. Because a review of Petitioner’s request for rehearing showed that he raises only legal issues and that the matter could be resolved without taking additional evidence, the parties were afforded the opportunity to file briefs to supplement the request for rehearing and Respondent’s answer. Neither party filed a brief. Consequently, the matter will be decided based on the existing record that includes the information from the original hearing and the petition for rehearing.

The matter is “concluded” as of December 13, 2021. Consequently, the Administrative Law Judge Decision will be issued on or before January 3, 2022. See Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 41-1092.08; Ariz. Admin. Code § R2-19-116(H).

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is concluded as of December 13, 2021.
