On October 27, 2020, the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners (“Board”) filed a Stipulated Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for November 10, 2020, is not necessary.

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for any further action.
