On April 20, 2021, the Arizona Department of Real Estate (Department) filed a Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that it had vacated its cease and desist order and the hearing currently scheduled for May 12, 2021, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
