On March 1, 2021, the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) filed a Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the ADRE advised that the Respondent had passed away and as such the hearing currently scheduled for March 30, 2021, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the ADRE for further action
