On November 18, 2020, the Arizona Department of Real Estate (“Department”) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that the parties had entered into a Consent Order and requested that the hearing scheduled on December 22, 2020, be vacated.

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for any further action.
