On October 28, 2020, the Arizona Department of Real Estate (“Department”) filed a Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that the parties have entered into a Consent Order and requested that the hearing currently scheduled on November 3, 2020, be vacated.

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for any further action.
