IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Darlene Hinds

Appellant,

v.

Arizona State Retirement System,

Respondent.

No. 21F-002-ARB

CERTIFICATION OF DECISION

OF ADMINISTRATIVE

LAW JUDGE

I have reviewed the records of the Office of Administrative Hearings and as co-custodian of such records have determined:

On November 20, 2021, the Administrative Law Judge Decision in the above entitled matter was transmitted to the Arizona State Retirement System by electronic filing.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1092.08 and A.R.S. § 1-243, the Arizona State Retirement System had until February 14, 2021 to accept, reject or modify the Administrative Law Judge Decision, as evidenced by receipt of such action by the Office of Administrative Hearings.

No action by the Arizona State Retirement System was received by the Office of Administrative Hearings as of February 14, 2021.

Therefore, pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(D), the attached Administrative Law Judge Decision is certified as the final administrative decision of the Arizona State Retirement System.
