On October 26, 2021, the Arizona Medical Board (“Board”) filed a Notice of Settlement with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that Dr. William F. Rees “has signed and submitted an Order for Surrender of License and Consent to the Same (“Order for Surrender”) to the [Board]. At a public meeting, on October 26, 2021, the Board accepted the Order for Surrender. Because the Board accepted the Order for Surrender, Dr. Rees is no longer licensed as an Arizona physician and there is no case in controversy before the OAH.”

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for any further action.
