On October 19, 2021, the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (“Department”) filed a Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that the parties have resolved the matter by entering into a Consent Order, and requested that the pending hearing be vacated.

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for any further action.
