On May 18, 2021, the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office (“Secretary”) filed a Request to Vacate Pre-hearing Conference and Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Secretary advised that the dispute at issue has been resolved and the Secretary has withdrawn its denial in this matter.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the pre-hearing conference and hearing in this matter are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Secretary for further action.
