NOTICE OF FILING ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD AS ORDERED BY CHIEF JUDGE

The Office of Administrative Hearings has received the Chief Judge’s Order directing that the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) transmit the administrative record in this matter to the Court of Appeals. In compliance with that order, the entirety of the administrative record of the matter before OAH (including transcripts) which are contained in the files of the OAH is hereby filed with the Court of Appeals by CD. OAH only maintains administrative records electronically and the records for judicial review of administrative decisions are filed electronically by CD with the superior court as required by Maricopa County Superior Court. The record on the attached CD is the same record that was transmitted to the Superior Court on August 19, 2022. OAH’s transmission of this record to superior court was acknowledged by Judge Daniel Kiley of the Maricopa County Superior Court in his minute entry dated October 6, 2022.
