On August 14, 2020, the parties filed a Joint Status Update and Notice of Settlement and Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they have reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and a hearing is no longer necessary.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools for any further action.
