IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On December 11, 2019, the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration (State) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the State advised that the State accepted the consent agreement at their December 10, 2019, board meeting. All outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for December 11, 2019, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the State for further action. Done this day, December 11, 2019.
