On February 27, 2020, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received a handwritten letter from Petitioner. Petitioner indicated that he wanted to “[l]et this go” referring to the Complaint. Petitioner sent his letter to the Arizona Department of Housing (Department) and the Department filed it with OAH as a request to withdraw. The hearing currently scheduled for March 2, 2020, was not necessary.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the OAH.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
