HEARING

On February 10, 2020, Colorado Terrace Homeowners Association (Respondent) submitted a Motion to Dismiss All Violations of Colorado Terrace’s HOA Rules and Regulations and Vacate Hearing Scheduled for February 20, 2020, because Respondent had rescinded all violations administered to Petitioner regarding feeding feral cats in the neighborhood.

Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-9-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent pay Petitioner his filing fee of $500.00, to be paid directly to Petitioner, within thirty (30) days of this Order.
