On March 6, 2020, the Arizona Department of Real Estate (Department) submitted a Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing because the Department had withdrawn the application denial giving rise to this hearing and had issued a provisional real estate license to Petitioner.

Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-9-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
