On October 27, 2020, the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners (Board) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing and Remand to Agency with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that Respondent had failed to timely file an Answer to the Board’s Complaint and Notice of Hearing. The Board had filed a motion to deem the allegations in the Board’s Complaint and Notice of Hearing admitted pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-1263.01(H), and as a result, the hearing currently scheduled for November 5, 2020, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
