On July 23, 2020, the Respondent, Chance Monteith filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings. On July 27, 2020, The Office of the Arizona Attorney too filed a Motion to Vacate which advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for August 19, 2020, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department of Real Estate for further action.
