I have reviewed the records of the Office of Administrative Hearings and as co-custodian of such records have determined:

On January 28, 2020, the Administrative Law Judge Decision in the above entitled matter was transmitted to the Arizona State Retirement System by electronic filing.

No action by the Arizona State Retirement System was received by the Office of Administrative Hearings due to the judge dismissing this matter because the appellant did not appear at the time of the hearing.

Therefore, the attached Administrative Law Judge Decision is certified as the final administrative decision of the Arizona State Retirement System.
