On December 7, 2020, the Arizona Department of Water Resources (“Department”) filed a Notice of Settlement and Request for Dismissal with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that the parties have reached a settlement of all outstanding issues.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for any further action.
