ORDER HOLDING RECORD OPEN

As discussed at the hearing on April 5, 2023, the record in the above-entitled matter is held open for the purpose of allowing the court reporter’s transcript to be included in the record and for the submission of written closing statements.

The parties have agreed to modify the post-hearing briefing schedule as follows:

Douglas Ranch must submit its closing brief by April 28, 2023.

The Arizona Department of Water Resources shall submit its closing brief by

May 8, 2023.

Douglas Ranch may submit a reply brief no later than May 15, 2023.
