The Notice indicates that the settlement conference was successful, resulting in a Consent Agreement. The Notice further indicates that the Status Conference scheduled on August 10, 2020, is unnecessary.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the August 10, 2020 Status Conference, and any pending hearing in this matter, are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Medical Board for any further action.
