On June 16, 2022, the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board (Board) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that Respondent Tyken J. Solie had agreed to voluntarily relinquish his peace officer certification, which negated the need for a hearing in this matter. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
