On November 4, 2020, the Arizona Department of Public Safety (Department) filed a Request to Vacate Emergency Action Suspension Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that the issue is now moot and the hearing currently scheduled for November 13, 2020, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
