On April 5, 2021, the State of Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control (Department) filed a Motion to Vacate and Remand to Agency for Consideration of Motion to Deem Allegations Admitted with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that Respondent had not filed an answer to the Department’s Complaint and Notice of Hearing. As a result, the Department intended to request that the Director of the Department deem the allegations in the State’s Complaint as admitted and to impose discipline without a hearing. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
