The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on July 8, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and at the time set for hearing, Assistant Attorney General Mona Baskin represented the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”). Assistant General Counsel Margaret Lindsey appeared as a witness. Dimitri Gilles appeared on behalf of Applicant Arizona Home Additions LLC. The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, Mr. Gilles withdrew the application, the denial of which gave rise to the instant proceeding. Based on the withdrawal of the application and sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for any further action.
