AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on August 4, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Peggy Reyes appeared on behalf of Complainant AC Pro, Inc. Kevin Marin appeared on behalf of Desert Husky HVAC/R Services, LLC. Prior to the commencement of the hearing, the parties advised the Tribunal that they had reached a resolution of the matter in dispute, however, required additional time in which to execute the terms of their agreement.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter was continued and set for a written Status Update on August 14, 2026. On or before this date, Ms. Reyes is advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
