Respondent subsequently submitted a copy of Complainant’s motion to the Office of Administrative Hearings. Upon receipt and review of Complainant’s motion and sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the referring agency for further action.
