ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on June 18, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and at the time set for hearing, Lynne Welton appeared on behalf of Complainant Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. Lisa Lopez and Will Lopez appeared on behalf of Respondent New Century Construction, LLC.

Prior to the commencement of the hearing, the parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties advised that they had reached a resolution in principle, however, needed additional time in which to execute the terms of their agreement.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on August 18, 2026. On or before this date, Ms. Welton, as Complainant’s representative, is advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
