ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on July 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and at the time set for hearing, Assistant Attorney General Charles Hover III represented Complainant Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”). Dale Tupper appeared as a witness for the Registrar. Respondent Zachary Miller appeared on his own behalf and on behalf of Infinite Developments LLC, with his wife, Christine Miller.

The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the Registrar requested that this matter be continued in order to allow the parties the opportunity to participate in a settlement conference. Good cause appearing, the request was granted.

The hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on August 31, 2026. On or before this date, the Registrar is advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
