The document, consisting of a request for rehearing, will not be considered as it was either inappropriately sent to the Office of Administrative Hearings or no further action can be taken on the matter. Although the document will be retained in the file, it should not be responded to by any party.

The June 10, 2026, Administrative Law Judge Decision dismissed this matter and it is no longer in the jurisdiction of the Office of Administrative Hearings. Complainant needs to address any further requests with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
