AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on May 8, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and at the time set for hearing, Mike Thompson and Cathy Dunbar appeared on behalf of Complainant Solterra Materials, LLC. Marisela Ledezma appeared on behalf of Respondent MSL Business Contractor, LLC.

Prior to the commencement of the hearing, the parties informed the Tribunal that they are in the process of resolving the matter in dispute, have agreed upon the amount that Respondent owes Complainant, and have agreed to provide Respondent additional time in which to secure funds to pay Complainant.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on June 8, 2026. On or before this date, Mr. Thompson, on behalf of Complainant, is advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
