ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on July 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and at the time set for hearing, Complainant Alexandra Miller appeared on her own behalf. Evaristo Ramirez Barajas appeared on behalf of Respondent Cooperation Construction, LLC. Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator Gregory Johndrow appeared as a witness.

The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties advised the Tribunal that they had reached a resolution of the matter, however, required additional time in which to execute the terms of their agreement.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on September 2, 2026. On or before this date, Ms. Miller is advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
