COMPLAINANT, ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE v. AND
FCCO, LLC SETTING STATUS DATE DBA: Interstellar Plumbing & Mechanical, License No. ROC 339494,
RESPONDENT. The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on July 16, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and at the time set for hearing, Complainant Daniel Ellis appeared on his own behalf. Joshua Jacob appeared on behalf of Respondent FCCO, LLC, doing business as Interstellar Plumbing & Mechanical. Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator Gregory Kinsfather appeared as a witness. The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties advised the Tribunal that they had entered into a settlement agreement, however, required additional time in which to execute the terms of their agreement. Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter was continued and set for a written Status Update on August 17, 2026. On or before this date, Mr. Ellis, as the Complainant, is advised to do one of the following:
(1) Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;
(2) Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30- days, 45-days, or 60-days; or
(3) Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
Done this day, July 20, 2026. /s/ Sondra J. Vanella Administrative Law Judge
