IT IS ORDERED reopening the record in this matter until May 21, 2026 for the sole purpose of allowing Complainant Gecko Enterprises LLC to respond. Specifically, no later than May 21, 2026, Complainant must:

Notify the tribunal of whether it disputes Respondent’s assertion that the outstanding balance has been paid in full, and

Notify the tribunal of whether it objects to the motion to vacate the hearing.
