On May 1, 2026, 2 Hawks Designs, LLC filed a motion to vacate the hearing because it paid Gecko Enterprises, LLC in full.

On May 6, 2026, the Administrative Law Judge reopened the record until May 21, 2026 to allow Gecko Enterprises to respond to the motion.

On May 11, 2026, the tribunal received an e-mail from Gecko Enterprises stating that it had no objection to the motion. The May 11, 2026 e-mail provided, in relevant part, as follows:
