A hearing in the above-entitled matter was held on April 16, 2026 and the record closed the same day. On May 1, 2026, 2 Hawks Designs, LLC filed a motion to vacate the hearing because it paid Gecko Enterprises, LLC in full. On May 6, 2026, the Administrative Law Judge reopened the record until May 21, 2026 to allow Gecko Enterprises to respond to the motion. On May 11, 2026, the tribunal received an e-mail from Gecko Enterprises stating that it had no objection to the motion. The May 11, 2026 e-mail provided, in relevant part, as follows:

Good afternoon,

We have no objection to the motion to vacate this hearing. Two Hawks Designs LLC has paid us in full.
