ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

A hearing in the above-entitled matter was set to convene at 1:00 p.m. on March 24, 2026. At the time set for hearing, Greg Ray appeared on behalf of Phoenix Winsupply Co. (Phoenix Winsupply). Markie Brown appeared on behalf of Pure Magic Plumbing, LLC

(Pure Magic).

The parties orally requested that the matter be set for a status update to afford Pure Magic the opportunity to carry out a payment agreement. The parties acknowledged that the full balance owed to Phoenix Winsupply is $23,158.70.

The parties have agreed to payment arrangement as follows:

Pure Magic will pay Phoenix Winsupply $5,000 by the end of business on March 24, 2026.

Pure Magic will make monthly payments of $2,000 by the 15th day of each month until the full balance is paid.

Pure Magic will pay the entire balance by December 27, 2026.

Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in the above-entitled matter is set for a status update by December 28, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
